They are the best contractors I've met. I love how they are professionals, very nice, work fast, efficiently, and explains the process of their work. They worked on my garage, and they left it in perfect conditions. The gentlemen that worked on the house their name is Steve and Manny they are very nice and were very patient with me. If you need a small or big job done GVS Construction is the way to go!

Probably the best part of this company besides great work is communication. From ordering the materials to scheduling the job they are totally a class act. Now as far as the job. They prep and cover all areas to limit dirt and dust, and work until the job is done. I was so happy how it turned out. I can't wait to start my next project with them. In today's world it's hard to find a contractor who treats your home like it's their own. I could go on and on. HIRE THEM you won't be sorry.

You can trust GVS for the ABCs of your construction job--they bring the skills of Artisans, the knowledge of Builders, and the compassion of good Communicators… Our window was destroyed in a home invasion and so the quick installation of the window was critical but couldn't be rushed… Not only did GVS manage to get the window ordered faster than the three other contractors from whom we got quotes; but they literally let us know where our window was every step of the way. GVS perfectly balanced well done and quickly done for our family and we're grateful.

Great company to hire for your home project. We had extended wall plus a door put in on the second floor. The sales manager Rick was very patiently explaining the whole process and answered all the questions that we had. His team shown up on time every day and clean up the area before they left. During the project, Rick also called and ensured all goes well. I never had a company called and checked during any project done in my house. His team communicate with us every step of the way during the process as well. Highly recommended if you have any house/ business project need to be done. They started on time and finished on time. I couldn't ask for a better company than GVS. Thank you very much.

GVS Construction (owner Miguel Gutierrez) built us an AMAZING patio/balcony/outdoor kitchen!! It is everything we dreamed of and more!! Miguel took our ideas and added some of his own to the project and exceeded our expectations of the final product! Unlike most construction companies, Miguel was there from the first meeting to go over the job and provide us with an estimate; to preparing and signing the contract; and then throughout the project - from beginning to end. On the rare occasion that Miguel was not available, his assistant Rick was right there to cover for him. Rick knew as much about our project as Miguel. The project took some time to do, but homeowners need to realize the larger the project, the more bumps you might encounter, which may be out of your contractor's hands. Miguel kept an open dialogue with us so we knew what the status was at every phase of our project and whether or not we could expect any delays during that phase. You can tell Miguel takes pride in his business and with making his customers happy. There were a few times where some small touches did not pass Miguel's standards and he had his team make the needed modifications. If you have any construction needs, we highly recommend GVS Construction and Miguel for the job!! Thank you, Miguel and Rick!! It's been a beautiful summer in our new backyard!!!

Great service, installation, and installers!
We can only say when you hire these guys, they are the best. From Miguel the owner, to Perry and Charles the installers the process was smooth even with the snow that fell during construction. They showed up on time did the solar ground mount installation and were thorough in showing us how to work it (i.e. turning it on and if necessary off). Miguel even dealt with NV Energy and all city inspections and last minutes code changes. If NV Energy was as easy to deal with as this company everyone would have solar.

These guys came out to work on my pontoon style, on ground solar array. The system was paid for on Oct 15, 2018. Sat on the property until all the permit hoops were all complete. The solar panels were purchased from CSE Solar Solutions lead salesman Ofer Salter. The awesome crew is from GVS Construction, Miguel Gutierrez Owner/CEO, Electrical power- Perry Rainwater, Charles Lott and the Stan the Stanimal. These guys overcame some pretty complex situations as they proceeded to assemble this, so far, “One of a kind” on the ground solar system right here in Pahrump. 10,720W, 32 panels, 4 per set of pontoons of which there are 8 stands. I can hardly wait for Valley Electric to perform the last task of flipping it “ON”. Should happen in the next few days. I will go to GVS for all the work I still need done.
